Individual Needs Assistant

Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Individual Needs Assistants to work across KS1 and Early Years joining our dedicated team at Pevensey & Westham CE Primary School.

Personal attributes

• Previous experience working in a Primary School setting.
• Experience in supporting children with additional needs.
• Knowledge and experience of autism preferred
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• A proactive approach and the initiative to contribute effectively.
• Resilience, energy, and a commitment to engaging both pupils and their parents.

Salary and hours

Salary from £24796 (pro rata) per year

Hours: from 20 hours a weel Monday - Friday, with the potential to increase to 29.6 hours a week.
